Breaking news: Boston bombing UPDATE

News this afternoon is that the only living suspect of the of the Boston bombing, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was charged today by a federal court. He was charged with Use of a weapon of Mass Destruction and Malicious Destruction of Property Resulting in Death, according to the complaint filed by the Federal Government.

In other news, the White House said that the bombing suspect would NOT be treated as an enemy combatant. Thus, he will tried in the civilian legal system instead of a military tribunal. Though many in our government are calling for the suspect to be treated as an enemy combatant, we must also remember the murder/terrorist suspect was an American citizen. Either way he could face the death penalty if convicted.

 Earlier in the day, we learned the suspect was at moments alert and answering question by nodding his head and possibly via writing although some reports were not clear. Check back here at F.P.V. for further updates on the Boston bombing as more facts come to light..
